Symptoms
- As a result of deficiency of water in the foliage created by a fungus that blocks water conducting tissue, yellowing, loose turgidity and show drooping are seen on leaves of the affected plants.
- Roots show black discoloration and vascular tissues of stem and roots show brownish discoloration.
Management
- Soil application of Pseudomonas fluorescens (20 g/litre of water) or Trichoderma viride 2.5 kg / ha with 225 kg dried FYM+25 kg neem cake.
