Symptoms

• Eats away foliage and results in defoliation.

Management

• Keep the field free from weeds.
• Collect and destroy caterpillar.
• Spray castor oil-soap emulsion or neem oil- garlic emulsion (20 ml neem/caster oil +20 gram garlic paste + 5 gram soap / litre of water).
