Symptoms
- Colony is found under white webs.
- Feed on lower surface of the leaves.
- yellowish speckles on the lamina. These speckles later coalesce, become bronze coloured and the leaves wither away.
Management
- Cut and destroy heavily infested and dried leaves by burning.
- Provide shade and irrigation for the seedlings during summer months
