Pod bug(C.O: Riptortus pedestris)

Symptoms

• Suck the juice of unripe seeds from the green pods.
• Tender part gets shrivelled and later dries up.
• Black spots can be seen.
• Shedding of green pods.

Management

• Spray Lecanicillium lecanii (synonym Verticillium lecanii) or Beauveria bassiana (20 gram/litre of water).
