Symptoms
- Grubs bore into the top shoots and cause damage by tunneling within the stem
- The infected plants show yellowing of leaves, drying of terminal shoots and frass emerging out through broken tip and side crack
Management
- Spray 2 % neem oil garlic emulsion (20 ml neem oil + 20 gram garlic paste + 5 gram bar soap/litre of water)
