Symptoms
- Phyllody is a condition where in the floral parts get transformed to green leaf like structures.
- In severe infection, the entire inflorescences are replaced by short twisted leaves closely arranged on a stem.
- Such plants have short internodes and bushy appearances. They do not bear flowers.
Management
- Rogue out the affected plants.
- Use good seed materials.
- Apply neem cake in the planting pits
