Symptoms
- Sucks the sap from unopened spindle leaf and cause damage
- Blackish brown linear lesions on the spindle leaf can be noticed.
- Leaves become dried and shed.
Management
- Digging and forking of the soil before and after the monsoon will help in eliminating the various developmental stages of the beetle.
