Root knot nematodes are the most common nematode species associated with cardamom plantations.

Use of Neem cake 2 kg/plant before monsoon or Bacillus macerans (1 X 107 cfu) 30 g/plant or Psuedomonas fluorescens (1 X 108 cfu) 30 g/plant before monsoon.
