Dasheen mosaic disease(Dasheen mosaic virus)

Symptoms

• Mosaic pattern on the leaves
• Yellow green streaks on the petiole
• Leaves fail to unfurl properly
• Usually, it is manifested as a secondary infection when Mg deficiency became severe in the crop

Management

• Use disease free planting materials
• Rogue out and destroy infected plants
