Beet root (Beta vulgaris)

Irregular yellowish or greasy greyish areas on the leaves are the primary symptoms.
Affected leaf dries and shrivels quickly.
A white mildew growth appears on the lower surface of the affected leaves.
The entire inflorescence has a compact appearance and excessive leaf development may give an appearance witches broom.
