Instructions for Online Registration
*The applicant should have a valid E-Mail Id
*The applicant should have transfered the course fee Rs. 3000/-(for Malayalam courses) before online application.
*The applicant should have a scanned passport size photo of size 150W x 200H and must below 30kb.
1. Full Name : Enter your full name intials last (eg: Vishnu.P.V)
2. Course Selected : Select the course name you opted
3. Date of Birth : Enter your date, month and year of birth
4. Contact Address : Enter your address for communication
5. Permanent Address : Enter your permanent address. Please check above if your permanent address is same as the contact address.
6. Gender : Select your gender from the box
7. Marital Status : Select your status
8. Father's / Guardian's Name : Enter your local guardian's name
9. Where are you staying now : In Kerala/ Other Indian state (Name of state)/ Outside India (Name of country )
10. Phone No. : Enter your landline number for future contact.
11. E-mail Id : Enter your E-Mail id. The applicant should have a valid E-Mail Id since future contacts are done through your E-Mail Id. So those who don't have an E-mail Id please create one before starting the online registration
12. Mobile No. : Enter your 10 digit mobile number for contact.
13. Highest Qualification : Enter your highest qualification.
14. Which Kerala district you prefer for contact classes? : Select the district.
15  Your present study / work status
      (a) if student : Enter your name of course and institution
      (b) if self employed : Mention self employment details
      (c) if business : Mention what kind of business
      (d) agriculture : Mention what kind of agriculture
      (e) if any other : mention what
17  If Employed : Enter your name of organisation, designation and duration
18. Transaction ID/Account Holder Name/Account No. : Enter the Transcation ID received from the bank those who opted the NEFT/Online Banking. Account Holder Name/Account No. those who opted Online Banking.
19. Transfer Date : Enter the course fee tranfer date in date/month/year format.
20. Bank Branch : Enter the Bank name and the branch from which you transfered the fee.
21. Amount : Enter the fee amount.
22. Upload Photo : Upload applicant's recent passport size photo. The size of the photo should be (150W x 200H) and below 30kb.
Check thoroughly before submitting your application.
Press Submit button after verification.
