Cutworm (Spodoptera exigua)

Symptoms

• Defoliation noticed in nursery plants
• Brownish green larvae with wavy lines & lateral yellow stripes.

Management

• Spray neem seed kernel extract (50 gram/litre of water)
• Release Trichogramma parasitoid once in a week for continuous 3 weeks
