Weed Control:

• Perform 2-3 hand weedings and 1-2 shallow hoeings for weed removal and soil aeration.
• Use pre-emergence weedicide followed by hand weeding 60 days after transplanting for effective weed control.

Earthing Up:

• Conduct earthing up one month after transplanting for better head size.
• Provide soil support to plants during earthing up to prevent toppling during head formation.
