  • Stunting and eventually plant dries up
  • Spreads viral diseases (leaf curl disease in chilli)

Management

  • Spray water on leaves
  • Place blue sticky trap on various areas of the field (4/acre)
  • Mulch with plastic or paper
  • Spray neem oil garlic emulsion (2%) once a week
  • Spray Lecanicillium lecani (20g/L) on 2 weeks interval
