വെളുത്തുള്ളി (Allium sativum)

ഇലകളുടെ അഗ്രം മഞ്ഞളിച്ച് പുറകിലേക്ക് ഉണങ്ങുന്നതാണ് ആദ്യ ലക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍.
തുടര്‍ന്ന്‍ തണ്ടുകളും വേരുകളും നശിക്കുന്നു.
ഉള്ളികള്‍ മൃതുവാകുകയും വെള്ളം കുതിര്‍ന്നത് പോലെ കാണുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
രോഗം ബാധിച്ച ഉള്ളികളില്‍ വെളുത്ത പഞ്ഞിക്കെട്ടു പോലുള്ള പൂപ്പല്‍ വളര്‍ച്ച കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. ഒപ്പം അവയില്‍ കടുകുമണിയെന്ന് തോന്നിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വിധം കറുത്ത നിറത്തില കുമിളിന്‍റെ സ്പോറുകളുടെ കൂട്ടം കാണുന്നു.

ഒരേ സ്ഥലത്ത് തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി ഉള്ളി കൃഷി ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കുക.
ധാന്യ വിളകളുമായി വിള പരിചക്രമണം നടത്തുക.
രോഗ ബാധയില്ലാത്ത സ്ഥലം കൃഷി ചെയ്യാനായി തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക.
ഉള്ളികള്‍ 49 ഡിഗ്രി സെല്‍ഷ്യസ് താപനിലയുള്ള വെള്ളത്തില്‍ മുക്കി പരിചരണം നടത്തുക.
മണ്ണിനെ സൂര്യ താപീകരണത്തിന് വിധേയമാക്കുക.
ജൈവ വളങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വളപ്രയോഗം നടത്തുന്നത് വിളയിലെ രോഗസാധ്യത കുറയ്ക്കുന്നു.
ട്രൈക്കോഡെര്‍മ വിറിഡെ പോലുള്ള മിത്രകുമിളുകളെ മണ്ണില്‍ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്.
